New Logo/Other stuff

P43

I am very excited about my new logo design, it will appear on all of my merchandise, and soon will be adapted onto my website. My best friend of 24 years, Kris Robertson drew this up for me. I gave him one instruction...make it look like an old band t-shirt from the 1970's. That's it, that's all I told him. He.Nailed.It. This design went straight from my head to his fingers somehow without me having to guide him at all, the kid is a genius and truly "gets" me. T-Shirts are coming in tonight and will be available at all of my shows and soon here at coreyforrester.com. Thanks to the support of all of my fans (coming to shows, asking the club owners to bring me back, and buying my stuff!) 2012 is looking like it is going to be a great year in comedy for me. The next chance to catch me locally (all my Chickamauga, Chattanooga, and surrounding area friends ) will be my quarterly return to The Comedy Catch in Chattanooga. I will be opening up for the hilarious Dale Jones ( Last comic standing) Feb. 9-12 and a special valentines day show on the 14th. Come out and support live stand up comedy and also, buy one of my shirts! I need money, you need clothes... This is how the economy works people!!

Get Better Ron!

P36

This is a picture of me and one of my comedic heroes, the legendary Ron Shock.
Those of you who know Ron or have seen his act over the years know the true
genius that is his comedy, but unless you have had the pleasure to sit down and chat with him, you may not know the beautiful spirit within.
Ron was recently diagnosed with a rare form of pelvic cancer and is undergoing treatment as we speak in Houston, Tx. He is keeping a video journal almost everyday titled "The Cancer Chronicles", it is amazing to see someone keep trucking under such circumstances. The fact that he is doing this is a testament to his ongoing love for his audience.
Please pray for Ron and his wife Rhonda as they travel down this scary road. Pray to
Whoever it is that you pray to for a speedy recovery.
The world needs more Ron Shocks...
Not less.

Corey Forrester's Space

Corey Forrester has been performing comedy for over seven years throughout the southeast. His first performance was at an open mic night when he was only sixteen. Since then, he has gone on to place second in the Southeastern Funniest Human Search, as well as taking home first place in Knoxville's "Clash Of The Comedy Titans".

Corey has opened on the road for several of NBC's Last Comic Standing finalists including, Roy Wood Jr. (Conan, Leno, Letterman) Adam Hunter (Comedy Central, Fuel Tv) and Rachel Feinstein (Comedy Central).

His home club is the Comedy Catch in Chattanooga where he works out most of his material. He has been featured several times on RoofTopComedy.com in the 'The Daily 8' section, as well as being a featured comic on 'Quick Bits'.

Corey has recently been on tour with country comedy legend Cledus T Judd, performing in clubs all over the southeast in his three man show "Cledus and Friends".

Corey's brand of stand up comedy has been described as "A wonderful blend of wit and nonsensical jackassery" and he is ok with that. He is from the south but don't write him off as "just another redneck". He is not afraid to share his views on religion, race, politics, gender or sex ...which may not be the views you would expect from a typical southern gentleman ...which he most certainly is ladies!
